These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReelShop Shopify application (“App”), developed and operated by PickCommerce (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By installing or using ReelShop, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
ReelShop is a Shopify application that allows store owners to connect their TikTok account and display TikTok video feeds (grid or carousel layouts) on their Shopify storefront.
The App uses the TikTok API provided by ByteDance Ltd.
2. Eligibility
To use ReelShop, you must:
- Have an active Shopify store
- Have a valid TikTok account
- Comply with Shopify, TikTok, and ByteDance platform policies
- Be of legal age in your country or jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement
3. TikTok & ByteDance Compliance
ReelShop operates in accordance with:
- TikTok Terms of Service
- TikTok Developer Terms
- TikTok Platform Policies
Users agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable platform rules.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
4. Account Connection & Permissions
By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize ReelShop to access permitted data through the TikTok API, including:
- Open ID, display name, and avatar
- Profile web link and deep link
- Bio description and verification status
- Statistical data (likes count, follower count, following count, video count)
- Public videos on TikTok
We do not access passwords, private messages, or any data beyond the granted permissions.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage
- Not use the App for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the service
- Not use the App to violate TikTok’s community guidelines or terms
- Ensure any content displayed on your storefront complies with applicable laws
6. Fees
ReelShop is currently offered free of charge.
We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or modify pricing in the future. Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing terms.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access
- Availability of TikTok APIs
- Error-free operation
Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- API changes or restrictions by TikTok or ByteDance
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance
- Technical issues beyond our control
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You violate TikTok, ByteDance, or Shopify policies
- Required by applicable law
Users may uninstall the App at any time via their Shopify admin panel.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in all jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States:
PickCommerce shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Data loss caused by third-party API changes or restrictions
- TikTok account suspension or content removal
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Any damages arising from your reliance on content displayed through the App
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of ReelShop is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the ReelShop application, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by PickCommerce. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws across all jurisdictions worldwide, including but not limited to the laws of the United States (including applicable federal and state laws). Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you operate.
