These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the InstaWall Shopify application (“App”), developed and operated by PickCommerce (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By installing or using InstaWall, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
InstaWall is a Shopify application that allows store owners to connect their Instagram Business account and display Instagram media feeds (grid or carousel layouts) on their Shopify storefront.
The App uses the Instagram Graph API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility
To use InstaWall, you must:
- Have an active Shopify store
- Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
- Comply with Shopify, Instagram, and Meta Platform policies
3. Instagram & Meta Compliance
InstaWall operates in accordance with:
- Meta Platform Terms
- Instagram Terms of Use
- Meta Developer Policies
Users agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable platform rules.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.
4. Account Connection & Permissions
By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize InstaWall to access permitted data through the Instagram Graph API, including:
- Username
- Media content
- Captions
- Public profile information
We do not access passwords or private messages.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Only connect Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage
- Not use the App for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service
6. Fees
InstaWall is currently offered free of charge.
We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or modify pricing in the future with notice.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access
- Availability of Instagram APIs
- Error-free operation
Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- API changes by Meta
- Maintenance
- Technical issues
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You violate Meta or Shopify policies
- Required by law
Users may uninstall the App at any time via Shopify.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
PickCommerce shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Data loss caused by third-party API changes
- Instagram account suspension
- Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of InstaWall is also governed by our Privacy Policy:
